PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all payments through Paypal.
RETURNS: At La Vie En Rose, Boutique our customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused/unworn with tags still attached within 14 days from receipt of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). Allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. If you have any questions at all please contact Customer Service.

ALL Soaps, Lotions and Bath/Beauty products are Final Sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All SALE Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product! All CLEARANCE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be in original packaging.
- Fill out and include the Return/Exchange form attached to your original packing slip.
- Order #, Name, Address, and Phone # must be must be written on outside of the returned shipment package.
- Exchanges require an additional shipping cost, unless we are at fault.
- Nonconforming returns will be accepted at the discretion of La Vie En Rose Boutique.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of Connecticut. If your shipment is going outside the state of Connecticut there is no sales tax. The current rate for Connecticut sales tax is 6.00%.
SHIPPING: At La Vie En Rose, Boutique our standard shipping method is USPS and UPS. Please note and allowe for the one-two days processing of all orders prior to shipping. We will try our best to get packages out as soon as possible. Packages are shipped Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays and any travel notifications on our website). All Shipments include Handling Fee of $3.95, which includes Insurance Coverage and Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package arrives safely. You will be provided with your USPS / UPS tracking number via email when your order has been mailed.
