We accept all payments through Paypal. RETURNS:
At La Vie En Rose, Boutique our customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, you may return the item unused/unworn with tags still attached within
14 days from receipt of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price. (Shipping
charges are non-refundable). Allow 7-10 business days for returns to be
processed. If you have any questions at
all please contact Customer Service.
Please follow the process below for returns:
ALL Soaps, Lotions and Bath/Beauty products are Final Sales and cannot be
returned or exchanged.
All SALE Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product! All CLEARANCE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be in original packaging.
- Fill out and include the Return/Exchange form attached
to your original packing slip.
- Order #, Name, Address, and Phone # must be must
be written on outside of the returned shipment package.
- Exchanges require an additional shipping cost,
unless we are at fault.
- Nonconforming returns will be accepted at the
discretion of La Vie En Rose Boutique.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of Connecticut.
If your shipment is going outside the state of Connecticut there is no sales
tax. The current rate for Connecticut sales tax is 6.00%.
SHIPPING:
At La Vie En Rose, Boutique our standard shipping method is USPS and UPS. Please note and allowe for the one-two days processing of all orders prior to shipping. We will try our best to get packages out as soon as possible. Packages are shipped Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays and any travel notifications on our website). All Shipments include Handling Fee of $3.95, which includes Insurance Coverage and Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package arrives safely. You will be
provided with your USPS / UPS tracking number via email when your order has been
mailed. Should you have additional

merchandise maybe viewed online, where it is updated daily.

In this section of our site we work hand and hand with brides to be and their friends/family to find the perfect gifts for their occasion. If you email us what you are looking for we will do our best to create the perfect bridesmaids gifts or shower gifts for your wedding day! La Vie En Rose Boutique and their artists will make every attempt possible to create the products you are looking for. All custom orders are final sale, there should be no reason to worry about how they turn out as there will be constant communication while the items are being created. Since all items are handmade there may be small, slight differences in the products as most handmade items. To make everyone happy we will have you sign a quick release form indicating your knowledge of final sale. We have full confidence in our products and our artists as we hand-picked some of the most talented and amazing artists who are quite familiar with custom orders and seek customer satisfaction as we do!
