April 16, 2008...Dreaming about Italy... April

What a week it absolutely flew by, between our
pupster getting ill
(she is feeling much better now), taxes, and spring cleaning it was
needless to say extremely hectic. Even though it is still rather early
the good news is we finally booked our apartment in Rome for our
trip to Italy this September- YAY!!! Our two week trip starts in
Rome and sets us on a path through the Amalfi Coast into Southern
Italy and then back again! I am most looking forward to experiencing
the true italian culture, getting lost in the streets of positano, basking in
the summer sun and eating amazing italian cuisine paired with the local
wine. Does anyone know how to pack for a two week trip, when you
will be traveling alot during that trip??? I don't want to be lugging around
all these shoes, but how can you possibly narrow down the shoe selection?
Oh well I will figure it out!
So while in Italy I am hoping to do some shopping for my boutique, scope
out and meet the local artists! I am very excited to wander around and get
lost in such a beautiful country with such a rich history. I already received
tips and found a few locations, which I may be able to find some amazing art
and artisan products! Oh no...work is calling me, I'll be back later!
